Benetti announced the appointment of Matthew Walford as area manager for Australia and New Zealand. Walford has more than 20 years of industry experience with expertise in new builds, brokerage and refits.
“I am delighted to announce the appointment of Matthew Walford as area manager for Australia and New Zealand,” sales director Daniela Petrozzi said in a statement. “He has notable, relevant experience and regional market knowledge that is strategically valuable for the shipyard. We look forward to strengthening our service and client relationships in this important market.”
Previously, Walford ran the Australian Azimut sales business as CEO of d’Albora Marine.
