Black Oak Creative, a brand and content agency in the marine and lifestyle spaces, announced that it named Emily Dale director of content and strategy. Dale has been with the company for five years.

“Emily sees the whole picture,” Black Oak founder Steve Bates said in a statement. “She has an unmatched ability to connect the dots between strategy and creative. She’s helped define our voice and our process, and she raises the bar for every project that moves through our agency.”

Dale will oversee content strategy and lead Black Oak’s growing team of producers and strategists.
