BlueNav, a provider of software and hardware for navigation and electric propulsion, announced the appointment of Xavier Lachérade as CEO.
Since January 2024, Lachérade has served as chief operating officer at BlueNav, streamlining operations and shaping company strategy. His appointment as CEO marks a strategic step in the company’s focus on electric motorization and boat hybridization.
“I am enthusiastic about handing over the reins of BlueNav to Xavier, confident that he will lead the company through this new chapter and play a pivotal role in shaping the next pages of its story,” Hervé Frouin, founder and former director of BlueNav, said in a statement.
Lachérade has 18 years of experience in leadership roles, including positions at General Electric Healthcare, Aldebaran and SoftBank Robotics Europe.
