Business valuation and mergers and acquisition advisor Stacey International recently announced the acquisition of marine dealership Mark’s Marine in Hayden, Idaho, by watersports specialist and dealer Boardco. Mark’s Marine has serviced recreational boaters for more than five decades.
Aaron Thykeson will continue as a partner and president in the ongoing organization.
“We are honored to have facilitated this transition and are excited for the future of Mark’s Marine Inc. under new ownership,” Stacey International’s Carrie Stacey said in a statement. “We extend our best wishes to Merlin Thykeson and Karen Thykeson in their well-earned retirement and look forward to seeing Boardco and Aaron Thykeson continue to grow the dealership’s legacy.”
