Bowline Marinas announced its acquisition of Shields Marina in St. Marks, Fla. The sale includes the full-service marina with approximately 90 slips, 300 dry-rack spaces, a service department, fuel sales, a ship’s store, and boat, engine and trailer sales.

“We are very excited to now be a part of the Shields Marina community,” Bowline Marinas said in a statement. “For us, preserving the culture and legacy of marinas is extremely important, and we’re excited to do the same here. We also want to express our gratitude to the sellers for a quick and smooth closing process.”

Shields is Bowline’s third marina in Florida. According to the statement said, Shields will continue to offer a full range of services, including maintenance, repairs, fuel and retail sales, while expanding the marina’s infrastructure and amenities.
