PHOTO COURTESY BROWNELLBrownell Boat Stands & Equipment is building a new manufacturing facility and has entered into a distribution partnership with P&D Marine Services, its first U.K. distributor.
The new factory will measure almost 50,000 square feet, 10% larger than the current facility, and will be located in Dartmouth, Mass. The new site is expected to open in January 2025.
“These are some huge steps that we’ve been taking recently, and we couldn’t be more excited for the future of growth that awaits us here at Brownell,” vice president of sales and marketing Peter Hughes said in a statement. “Throughout our history as a company … we’ve never had a recall, never had a failure, not once in seven decades in the industry. These thrilling new ventures will simply serve to boost our companywide commitment to be and produce the absolute best of the best that our industry has to offer.”
Brownell marks its 70th year in 2024.
