Bryton Marine Group this week announced that it acquired Freshwater Marina in Campbell River, British Columbia. The transaction became effective April 16. The marina offers a variety of services, including moorage for boats to 65 feet, land storage, rental office space and a public launch ramp.
“We are very excited about this acquisition,” Bryton CEO Byron Bolton said in a statement. “This investment in Campbell River reinforces our commitment to the community and further aligns with our purpose to enrich local and maritime communities for future generations.”
Bryton Marine Group is the parent of several manufacturers that specialize in aluminum boats, including newly acquired AlumaCraft. The brands serve commercial, government, sportfishing and adventure markets across North America.
