Centek Acquires Viking Marine Exhaust

Thomasville, Ga.-based exhaust and ventilation manufacturer Centek Industries announced that it acquired Viking Marine Exhaust. The transaction aims to strengthen the company’s design and production capabilities, and enhance supply-chain security.

“The addition of Viking Marine Exhaust is an exciting step for Centek Marine. This rounds out our robust line of marine exhaust solutions,” Centek president Bill Hodges said in a statement. “In combination with our Delta-T engine room climate control solutions, Centek provides a broad set of best in class solutions for the marine industry.”
