CMP Group announced the promotion of Michael Szwez to senior vice president of sales and marketing. Szwez joined the company in 2019 through the acquisition of Dock Edge and has 34 years in the marine industry. He is a longstanding member of the National Marine Manufacturers Association board.
“Michael has demonstrated outstanding vision, dedication and industry expertise. His leadership will be instrumental in continuing CMP’s global success,” CEO Don Hambly said in a statement.
CMP Group manufactures and markets a diverse portfolio of products in categories such as corrosion protection, ground tackle, steering and control systems, and boat and dock accessories for military, commercial and recreational marine markets.
