The Dania Beach Marine Flea Market will take place March 1-4, offering anglers, boat owners, divers and enthusiasts bargains as part of a 26-acre nautical “swap shop.”

Organizers say there is still exhibit space available at the 40th anniversary Dania Beach Flea Market — to be held at the Mardi Gras Casino in Hallandale Beach, Fla. — with booth prices offered as low as $220 for all four days.

Items that individuals and marine-related businesses sell at the market include used equipment, antiques, new and used boats, fishing tackle, diving gear and artwork.

“Some shoppers to the Marine Flea Market travel hundreds of miles to find that elusive part for a 1946 vintage outboard motor,” said event coordinator Jennifer Dudas in a statement. “Others are looking for antique fishing tackle. Over the four days, thousands of boating- and fishing-related items are bought and sold through a system of dickering and dealing at a fraction of their retail value.”

The Mardi Gras Casino is located at US1 and Pembroke Road in Hallandale Beach.

The Marine Flea Market is accessible from I-95 and the Florida Turnpike, with free parking on the casino property.

Gates open to the public at 9 a.m. daily and close at 6 p.m. on Thursday through Saturday, and at 4 p.m. on Sunday.
