David Walters Yachts announced the promotion of Erik Haaland to sales director. Haaland will manage the company’s team of brokers, oversee skills training and professional development, and design and implement marketing plans for brokerage and new-boat sales.
“Erik has consistently distinguished himself as a leader within our organization, not only through his sales performance but through his dedication to our clients and his support of the team,” company president Josh McLean said in a statement. “His promotion to sales director is a natural next step, and we’re excited to see him drive the continued growth and evolution of our brokerage and new-boat programs.”
Haaland joins the company’s leadership team, which now includes Josh McLean and Amanda Noon, vice president.
