De Antonio Yachts announced its entry into the Canadian market with the appointment of Central Marine Midland as exclusive dealer for Ontario. With three locations serving Georgian Bay, Central Marine Midland strengthens the Spain-based builder’s presence in one of Canada’s most active boating areas.
“With the end of the luxury tax, the market has a strong trend,” Pete Moreau, general manager of Central Marine Midland, said in a statement. “I have been following De Antonio Yachts and their innovative design with hidden outboards for a long time. Today there is strong demand in the premium segment, and the brand will complete perfectly our offering in Ontario.”
Added De Antonio co-founder Stan Chmielewski: “Canada is key for our expansion. With our strong presence in Florida and the Med, and now the launch of our cabin, enclosed-deck boats, northern markets are promising.”
