Denison Europe outlined its achievements in the last year and provided a forecast for future sales and charters during the recent Monaco Yacht Show.

Denison Europe director Jeremy Roche said the Denison Yachting subsidiary moved into a larger office in Monaco and that the number of brokers has increased to 10.

“The outlook currently looks positive,” Roche said in a statement. “The market has definitely had an adjustment compared to the 2021/22 highwater, but there is still lots of demand, inquiries remain high, and there is increased traction in securing CAs. The focus going forward is to expand footprint with locations considered in Palma, London, Istanbul and Dubai.”

Denison Europe said it sold 13 yachts in the last year totaling $74.1 million and has 21 listings with an estimated value of $95.28 million. Two of the yachts are new builds, a Princess Y85 that was delivered in July and a 164-foot Dynamiq that will deliver in 2025.

Denison Europe has eight charter yachts in the European fleet, including the flagship 167-foot Aresteas. Roche said the charter business fell short of initial expectations and that 2024 is looking stronger.
