Derema Group, a sales and marketing agency in the outdoor recreation segment, has added Dan Tholen to its Northeast sales team.
Tholen spent 26 years at the helm of his family’s marine-supply business, Lacey Marine. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing accounts and dealer initiatives from New Jersey to eastern New York, including Long Island.
