Edson International is offering a limited-time pedestal trade-in program that gives sailors a 25 percent discount on new replacement steering pedestals when they send their pedestal to New Bedford, Mass.-based Edson.
This offer applies not only to older Edson pedestals, but also to any brand of sailboat steering pedestal that an owner is removing from a boat.
The 25 percent discount can be applied to all new Edson steering pedestals, including chain and wire, CDi geared systems and small-boat transom rudder systems, both classic and Vision Series console styles.
Customers who trade in a pedestal also will save 10 percent on any Edson steering component or accessory they purchase with the new pedestal.
