A company statement announced that ePropulsion Technology, following a strategic review of its activities in the United Kingdom and Ireland, will transition business operations in the region. The company said it will end its arrangement with distributor ePropulsion UK, and that existing contractual matters will continue to be addressed through appropriate channels.
“As part of this transition, Mr. Steve Bruce will no longer hold any position or perform any function within the ePropulsion group,” the statement said. “Any statements or actions made by him do not reflect the views or positions of ePropulsion or any entity within the Group.”
To ensure business continuity, ePropulsion will establish a new legal entity in the United Kingdom. Existing customers in the UK and Ireland will continue to receive full warranty and service support under the ePropulsion group, the statement said.
