Synthetic decking manufacturer Flexiteek International today announced that it acquired its Danish distributor, Flexiteek Denmark. Flexiteek Group also has operations in the United Kingdom, the United States, Sweden and Poland.
“With Flexiteek now recognized by many leading OEMs as the best solution for appearance, longevity and sustainability, it was inevitable that we would continue to expand our fabrication capabilities and expertise,” Flexiteek Group CEO Adam Ramsden said in a statement. “We are delighted to have been able to secure this partnership, as a step-change that sets foundations for the next phase of growth.”
The company also announced that Mikkel Svendsen, Anders Bagger and colleagues will work within the group.
“Since the introduction of Flexiteek synthetic decking over 25 years ago, we have developed our skills and expertise working side-by-side with our OEM customers to ensure the highest level of installation quality and design innovation,” Mikkel Svenden, managing director Flexiteek Denmark, said in the statement. “This is the next phase of development for Flexiteek, and we are very happy to be part of the group.”
