Floating Life Charter and Brokerage hired three people as it expands its charter, brokerage and concierge departments.
Manual Maiano is the new charter and sales manager at the Swiss company, Sara Roversi is the new concierge and charter manager and Sara Ballista is a new charter and sales broker.
“This job allows me to match both personal and professional interests,” Maiana said in a statement. “I can continue to cultivate my passion for superyachts and, at the same time, thanks to the knowledge I have accumulated, basically, all my life, and the capabilities I have developed, I can help each client choose the vessel that will meet his or her expectations.”
Roversi’s marketing experience will be used in her role putting together personalized itineraries for clients and their guests.
Ballista, who has a Swiss degree in hotel management, has worked in upscale European hotels for 15 years.
“Every day I was in direct contact with exigent and demanding guests,” Ballista said in a statement. “Thanks to this experience I have fully developed my natural customer-oriented attitude. This is a very important aspect that, combined with in-depth knowledge of both marketing and business development matters, allows for that special boost for companies where the focus is concentrated on the client happiness.”
