Top Bank Capital Funding has acquired the assets of Miami-based builder Streamline. The company will be rebranded as Streamline R and will continue to build center consoles from 26 to 45 feet.
Carl Herndon will take the helm of Streamline R, which builds the 26 Ace, the 35 Spartan and the 45 King. Two new models, the 40 Chief and 54 Majesty are slated for launch in 2024.
“We are extremely excited about the future and the positioning of our brand in the center console market,” Herndon said in a statement. “We are confident that our customers will benefit from the additional resources and expertise that come as a part of this acquisition.”
