Freedom Boat Club announced that Carly Warren will join the Jacksonville, Fla., team as director of member services.
Warren’s responsibilities include connecting with existing members, nurturing relationships with new members and serving as the point-of-contact for reservation and billing questions. The company said in a statement that she also will facilitate communications with Freedom Boat Club’s 300-plus locations in North America and Europe.
Warren’s previous experience includes client services for Freedom Boat Club and a 10-year run with the National Football League’s New York Giants, where she served as suites and premium services manager.
Freedom Boat Club is owned by Brunswick Corp.
