Gill Fishing will introduce the XPel Tec collection of warm-weather apparel at ICAST, which runs July 20-23 in Orlando, Fla.
The XPEL Tec collection is made of lightweight, breathable fabrics that wick moisture and provide 50-plus UV protection. The proprietary XPel fabric repels water, prevents stains and controls odors.
“We know there’s a growing demand from both freshwater and saltwater anglers for premium technical clothing they can depend on to stay dry, cool, clean and protected from the sun,” Tom Houston, sales director for Gill North America, said in a statement. “We designed a full range of tough, reliable apparel that not only offers the performance serious anglers demand on the water, but also the styles.”
Select pieces will launch in November, while the remaining styles will be available in February 2022.
