Golden Manufacturing, which produces aluminum boat lifts and docks, has named three vice presidents.
Amber Clark was named vice president of administration, Devin Garrison vice president of operations, and Don Lunardini vice president of sales and marketing.
“I’m excited by these three appointments and the dynamic team we’ve built,” company president Bill Golden said in a statement. “We’ve positioned ourselves to be a forward-leaning company that will continue to innovate and radically redefine boat lifts and deck solutions for decades to come.”
With more than 20 years at Golden Manufacturing, Clark will develop, implement and manage all administrative, insurance and human relations policies and procedures.
Garrison has held several positions at the company, which gives him a strong understanding of Golden’s product line, research and development, and manufacturing techniques. His oversight, capacity planning and resource allocation is expected to make the company more efficient and reduce operating costs. He will also focus on quality control.
Lunardini has a track record of creating a culture of continuous improvement and building customer bases. Lunardini will develop and implement new sales and marketing strategies, supervise regional sales teams, coordinate public relations, and provide input to product development.
