With increasing demand for its recreational and commercial aluminum boat lifts and floating dock systems, Fort Meyers, Fla.-based Golden Manufacturing has completed construction on a new building that adds 18,000 square feet to its facility.
“This infrastructure investment is vital to fulfilling our commitments to our dealers and distributors around the world,” said president and CEO Bill Golden in a statement. “It allows us to continue to optimize and upscale our manufacturing processes and explore exciting new areas of product development.”
The new structure chiefly incorporates manufacturing space, including new OTC MIG welding machines, cutting machines, drills presses, jigs and fixtures, and more. Golden’s campus now comprises a total of 60,000 square feet.
