Goldner Marine Group, the parent of Goldner Dock Construction, has purchased the Dock Bench Co. Goldner said it plans to expand the color, size and design options for the dock benches and offer them to existing customers as an accessory. The company also plans to develop a dealer network for the benches.
“Dock Bench is a great addition to our portfolio, and we couldn’t be more excited to take this next step with it,” Goldner owner Caleb Goldner said in a statement. “It’s a valuable accessory and a quality product, and I’ve had the opportunity to sell them for years to our dock customers.”
Made of aluminum, the benches attach to docks and allow sitting with feet in the water. The benches fold up on hinges for storage.
“What started as a need for my own dock in 2017 evolved into a product that was desired by all kinds of customers,” said Dock Bench owner Chris Helt. “With Goldner Marine Group’s manufacturing experience and their wide sales and marketing network, I’m looking forward to seeing the Dock Bench expand beyond Oklahoma to docks nationwide.”
