Global Ocean Security Technologies announced restructuring and leadership changes yesterday.
Founder and chief technology officer Brian Kane now leads the company as president and CEO. Jay Keenan transitions to chief marketing officer. Kane and Keenan also will serve on the board of directors.
“I’m honored to take the reins of GOST as we realign the team for this next chapter in revolutionizing maritime security, video and tracking standards timed with the launch of our new Specter AI,” Kane said in a statement.
In addition to the leadership changes, GOST announced it has restructured as a C-Corp, allowing the company to further expand its reach and better serve current and future customers, the statement said.
