Highfield Boats yesterday announced the recipients of its annual dealer awards, presented last week at its yearly dealer meeting in Cadillac, Mich.
Highfield president Christophe Lavigne presented the following awards based on performance in 2023:
• Highest Sales, Single Store: Monahan’s Marine, Weymouth, Mass.
• Highest Sales, Multiple Locations: Nautical Ventures, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
• Highest Sales, Northeast: Annapolis Inflatables/Fawcett Marine, Annapolis, Md.
• Highest Sales, Southeast: Suncoast Inflatables, Clearwater, Fla.
• Highest Sales, Midwest: Coral Gables Yachts, Holland, Mich.
• Highest Sales, West: Datrex, Seattle
Special-recognition awards also were handed out:
• Outstanding Customer Care and Support: Bourbon City Yacht Tenders, Louisville, Ky.
• Rookie of the Year: Boat Specialists, Ventura, Calif.
• Best Marketing Support: Offshore Marine, Lake Bluff, Ill.
• First Velox 420 Rotax Jet Boat Dealer: Coral Gables Yachts
• OEM Partner of the Year: Mercury Marine
• Business Partner of the Year: Northpoint Commercial Finance
• Admiral Award: Tom Watson (former general manager, Highfield Boats USA)
“Our 2024 Highfield dealer meeting was a highly successful event that included sea trials on Lake Cadillac of the groundbreaking, new, aluminum-hulled Highfield Velox 420 jetboat with Rotax power,” Lavigne said in a statement. “A highlight of the event was the awards ceremony on Sept. 10, when we had the chance to honor in person the all-star team of boat dealers and business partners who have helped Highfield Boats gain by far the largest share of the U.S. RIB market — and still growing.”
