HydroHoist Marine Group named Cale Grauer business development manager.
His role includes strategic dealer development, analyzing market strategies, building key customer relationships, boat and trade show attendance and maintaining knowledge of current market conditions.
The Claremore, Okla.-based hydro-pneumatic boat lift manufacturer said Grauer has a passion for the marine industry, is an avid boater and has owned and used a HydroHoist for several years.
He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma Baptist University. He was quarterback and co-captain of the university’s football team.
“Cale has natural leadership abilities — evidenced through the selection by his team and coaches as a team captain in college, as well as an innate competitive nature, which I believe lends itself to a successful business development and sales role,” HydroHoist CEO Mick Webber said in a statement.
