Ingman Marine to Acquire Cannons Marina

The marina, Florida’s oldest Grady-White dealer, is on the Gulf Coast in Longboat Key, Fla.

Ingman Marine announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Cannons Marina in Longboat Key, expanding its footprint on Florida’s Gulf Coast. The transaction will mark Ingman’s fourth location, strengthening its long-standing partnership with Grady-White Boats.

“When legacies merge, customers win,” Ingman CEO Mike Brimer said in a statement. “Together, Ingman Marine and Cannons Marina bring more than 135 years of combined history. That means unmatched expertise, trusted service and award-winning partnership with Grady-White — all continuing for generations to come.”

In addition to Grady-White, Ingman Marine — family-owned and operated for four generations — is a dealer for Yamaha.
