Marina management and investment firm Sagamore Blue acquired Irwin Marine, a dealership and marina in Red Bank, N.J., adding to a portfolio that includes Maryland-based Rock Hall Landing and Anchor Yacht Basin.
“Irwin Marine has been a leader in the marine industry for over 100 years,” Sagamore Blue CEO Scott Kummings said in a statement. “They have built a reputation for exceptional customer service and have established themselves as a trusted name in the boating community.”
The marina has dockage with electricity, water and Wi-Fi at each slip. There’s a pool on site, and it’s a short walk to downtown Red Bank. The marina offers full service plus winter storage.
Sagamore Blue said Tim Ryan will take over as general manager, and Don Kimber will remain service manager.
