Yamaha’s U.S. marine business unit appointed Joe Maniscalco general manager of marine service. Maniscalco will direct the Yamaha service team to develop skills that support customer relationships, Yamaha said in a statement yesterday.
“These efforts will expand as we roll out connected technology to our customers and expand our CASE strategy, including connectivity and shared services,” said Ben Speciale, president of the Yamaha U.S. marine business unit.
Maniscalco joined Yamaha Marine in 2003 and recently was marine service division manager in outboards, WaveRunners and Yamaha boats.
