The Kadey-Krogen Group has added Schwartz & Co. Yacht Sales of Chicago to its dealer network. The dealership will carry the Krogen, Summit and American Tugs brands, new and preowned models.
“This fits in perfectly with who we are and who we serve,” Michael Schwartz, managing director of Schwartz & Co. Yacht Sales, said in a statement.
He added that the company serves as “advisors in the acquisition of unique cruising and sailing vessels” and “works closely with boaters seeking suitable vessels for America’s Great Loop cruising grounds.
“We represent manufacturers whose vessels are uniquely suited for the Great Loop,” he said.
Schwartz & Co. has worked to create a Great Lakes community of American Tug owners and hopes to do the same for Krogen and Summit.
“We immediately identified how our companies will complement each other and, most importantly, how the customers will benefit,” Kadey-Krogen Group president Tucker West said in the statement.
Schwartz & Co. also has Michigan offices in Saint Joseph, Holland and Charlevoix.
