Oklahoma-based Kicker Marine Audio announced its continued sponsorship of two performance-boat events at Lake Havasu, Ariz.: Super Cat Fest West, April 8-12, and Anderson Powersports Desert Storm, April 24-27.
“Super Cat Fest is more than a traditional sponsorship,” Jeremy Bale, Kicker brand manager, marine and lifestyle, told Trade Only Today. “It’s a proving ground. That performance crowd pushes audio harder than almost anywhere else. When our systems thrive there, it translates across the broader marine market.
“It also reflects where the industry is heading,” Bale said. “Boaters are putting more emphasis on the full experience, and audio is entrenched as part of the overall build quality and lifestyle — it’s not an afterthought. There’s also a strong culture of giving back around this event, which makes it a meaningful connection to how we think about community and local impact at Kicker.”
Super Cat Fest West, now in its fourth year, has raised more than $800,000 for local schools and charities. It is open to all boats, not just catamarans.More details of the events can be found in Kicker’s company statement.
