
Lake Union Sea Ray has acquired Pacific Nautiques in Pacific, Washington. Terms were not disclosed.
Lake Union Sea Ray said in a statement that both companies were founded in 1986, and that “Pacific Nautiques provides the highest-quality sales and service of inboard ski, wake board and wake surf boats in the Pacific Northwest.” Pacific Nautiques was founded by Ron Gius and Marc Mortell.
“We are thrilled to add the talented team at Pacific Nautiques to the Lake Union Sea Ray boating family,” said CEO Kevin Roggenbuck in the statement. “Along with the super high-quality boats Nautique builds, the dedicated group at Pacific Nautiques have been providing impeccable service to their customers in the South Sound for many years.”
Roggenbuck said Pacific Nautiques’ general sales manager Rob Pedrini and his team will remain at the Pacific location.
Lake Union Sea Ray has retail locations in Seattle, Bellingham and Fife.
