Software developer Lightspeed named its Marine Dealership RECT Excellence Award winners at MRAA’s recent Dealer Week conference. RECT stands for repair event cycle time, which is how long it takes to complete a service call and get a customer back on the water.

Lightspeed recognized five dealerships in the second edition of the annual program.

“This year’s recipients were chosen based on year-over-year improvement in reducing RECT time, which is vital for dealerships and remains one of the biggest differentiations for dealership success in the marine industry,” Lightspeed vice president Kris Denos said in a statement.

The 2023 Marine RECT Excellence Award winners are:

• Ward’s Boat Shop, Center Ossipee, N.H.

• 61 Marine & Sports, Hastings, Minn.

• 3 Rivers Marine, Woodinville, Wash.

• Proshop Motorsports and Marine, Henderson, Nev.
