The Limestone Boat Company has announced the introduction of its latest model, the L-200R.

The runabout is the second 20-footer to join Limestone Boat’s model range and rides on the same hull as its L-200CC center-console sistership.

The boat was debuted at the Chesapeake Bay Boat Show in Timonium, Md.

The company also announced the availability of Aquasport models in Canada for the first time in the brand’s history.

“We are extremely excited for the opportunity to offer Aquasport Boats in the Canadian market,” CEO Scott Hanson said in a statement. “When we took on the Aquasport Boats brand we knew the importance of its history and how truly impactful the brand has been over the past 60 plus years, but we also had a plan for its future.”

Additionally, Limestone Boat Company announced its participation in the virtual 2022 Toronto International Boat Show, where it will release information about its partnership with electric outboard manufacturer Vision Marine Technologies.

The company in May last year made a commitment to order a minimum of 25 Emotion outboards from the manufacturer, a deal valued at $2 million, according to a statement.

Limestone Boat Company this year plans to offer Vision’s 180-hp 180E Emotion electric outboard as an option for its Aquasport 2100 Center Console and 25-foot Limestone models.
