Lippert Components Manufacturing, Inc., has acquired the PWR-ARM brand and electric-powered Bimini business assets of Schwintek, Inc.
Schwintek has offered patent-protected PWR-ARM automatic Bimini sunshades for more than 13 years.
The PWR-ARM automatic Bimini’s sunshade system allows users to push a button and create shade on their pontoon or small powerboat.
