Lonski and Associations, a recruiting firm that specializes in staffing for the motorcycle, powersports, RV and marine industries, is transferring ownership from founder Henry Lonski to Doug Sexton, who currently works at the firm.
Sexton will assume ownership of Lonski and Associates, LLC, and will continue to work with select clients.
“Nothing will really change fundamentally with the agency,” Sexton said in a statement. “Our model is proven and successful. We have hundreds of clients and thousands of placed candidates that have experienced great results by working with us.”
Sexton added that he will be using technology and streamlining processes to achieve better results for the agency. His priorities are as follows: to continue to “aggressively” support Lonski and Associates’ national network of recruiters; find ways to serve clients more efficiently and effectively; and expand the agency’s reach with “full throttle recruiting.”
Lonski will remain part of the organization and will assist Sexton with the ownership transition.
