The Association of Marina Industries Conference and Expo kicks off virtually tomorrow with a preconference workshop, the organization announced in a statement.
The conference is open to all industry professionals. Soundings Trade Only is the official media sponsor.
“The AMI Conference and Expo is the premier educational event for the marina sector,” said Michele J. Goldsmith, publisher of Soundings Trade Only. “We have collaborated for many years and are happy to work with them in 2021 on this new virtual platform. We hope attendees leave the conference informed, motivated and inspired.”
Tomorrow, Chris Dolan (Marina Electrical Equipment) and Gary Loftis (Maffett Loftis Engineering) will present “Lessons Learned from the 2020 Electrical Code Updates” from 2 to 4 p.m. (ET).
A Jan. 28 session from 2 to 4 p.m. will offer application guidance for a Boating Infrastructure Grant. A Marina 101 course is scheduled for Feb. 1 from 1-4 p.m.
Additional events run Feb. 2-17. The virtual platform will be accessible through March 31.
