MasterCraft today announced that Scott Kent, vice president of finance, will succeed Tim Oxley as chief financial officer, effective July 1. Oxley will retire and transition to a special advisor role from July 1 until Dec. 31.

“On behalf of our board, leadership team and everyone at MasterCraft, I would like to thank Tim for his hard work and selfless service during his 18-plus-year career with the company,” CEO Brad M. Nelson said in a statement.

Kent has 33 years of professional experience, including 28 years of direct marine industry experience, the statement said. He has served as vice president of finance for MasterCraft since 2018, leading such functions as accounting, FP&A, financial reporting and treasury.
