MDS Brand, a digital marketing provider for boatbuilders, boat and RV dealers, and OEMs, has launched customizable web-design services, including an artificial intelligence content creation tool, customer relations management software, and a “ModelMixer” boat configurator. For dealers, MDS provides a suite of tools that streamlines the sales process.

MDS designers work with clients to create a website that acts as a gateway for customer interaction and helps facilitate such tasks as inventory and lead management.

For search-engine optimization, MDS developed a MADIS AI content creation tool that facilitates promoting inventory. MADIS AI can also automate email campaigns by targeting audiences and can be tailored with intuitive click boxes that require no programming or social media experience.

MDS CallersIQ CRM software lets dealers manage leads and makes it easier to connect with current and potential customers. Builders can also use it to assign leads to dealers more easily.

The ModelMixer boat configurator three tiers of customization. A manufacturer can mix and match among the Static Builder with a photo of the boat, and the 2D builder lets customers change hull colors. The 3D level provides additional detail to give the customer a better idea of how the finished boat will look. Immersive augmented reality can provide a real-time look at a boat in an environment, including a slip or marina.
