The Marine Retailers Association of the Americas hired Travis Hyde as vice president of operations and integrator. He is tasked with ensuring MRAA achieves its strategic goals and working to align and execute the organization’s vision.

The MRAA runs on the Traction Entrepreneurial Operating System. The integrator’s job is to partner with the organization’s president and leadership team to integrate major functions, remove obstacles and barriers to growth, and manage and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities.

“Travis is an incredible fit for our organization,” MRAA president Matt Gruhn said in a statement. “Not only does he bring a solid entrepreneurial spirit, having owned his own business previously, but he also brings vast experience and expertise working on the same operating system MRAA uses to guide the organization.”

Over the last six years, Hyde has operated an EOS-focused company as a “fractional integrator,” supporting more than a dozen companies by helping them scale their businesses and boost overall performance.
