MRAA looks to fill regional director seats on board

Five regional director seats are being filled on the board of the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas.

The following dealers were nominated for the 2014-16 term:

• Region 4: Jeff Hall, Hall Marine Group

• Region 6: Jeff Haradine, Wakeside Marine

•·Region 7: Dave Briggs, Wayzata Marine

•·Region 9: Martin Boyer, Austin Boats & Motors

•·Region 10: Craig Brosenne, Hagadone Marine Group

The nominations will be formalized at the 2013 MRAA member annual meeting, which will be held at 4 p.m. Nov. 18 at the Marine Dealer Conference & Expo inside the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.

Before a formal vote on the nominees, the board will accept nominations from the floor. However, members who would like to make a nomination must first obtain written consent from the nominee and notify the MRAA office of the nomination at least two weeks in advance of the meeting so that ballots can be prepared.
