My-Villages appointed Michael Russo as strategic technology adviser.
Russo will advise My-Villages on the development of its online service coordination tool, which helps local businesses communicate and coordinate with customers.
Russo, currently a senior director at Oracle Hospitality, has more than 20 years of experience building software products and teams, driving strategic business initiatives and developing go-to-market strategies. His areas of expertise include mobile and enterprise solutions, data analytics and cloud services.
“Michael Russo has a long track record of using mobile, enterprise and cloud technologies to improve customer satisfaction and help businesses provide prompter, more efficient and more streamlined service,” My-Village founder and CEO Kevin Hutchinson said in a statement.
“As My-Villages further develops its solution to address the needs of local service businesses and their customers, Michael will provide valuable vision and insight, particularly on connecting the service pro’s handheld mobile device to back-end systems.”
