The National Marine Lenders Association has voted in a new board of directors. They will serve through 2022.

Robert P. Dunford of Trident Funding LLC in Shelton, Conn., and Karen Trostle of Sterling Acceptance Corp. in Annapolis, Md., have been elected as Regular Board Members, according to a statement.

Matt Anderson of Global Marine Insurance Agency in Traverse City, Mich., was appointed associate member director.

The full slate of officers for 2020 includes John Haymond of Medallion Bank as president, Robert Dunford of Trident Funding LLC, vice president, Noelle Norvel of Luxury Financial Group, secretary, and William Otto of Lake Effect Financial Services, treasurer.

The NMLA was created in 1979. Its members include commercial banks, private financing firms, savings-and-loan companies, credit unions and retail service companies that extend or originate credit to consumers, dealers and manufacturers of recreational boats and equipment.
