Nautical Structures Industries announced that it named Kevin Barker senior product developer, responsible for managing the expansion of the company’s OEM products.
Barker began his marine industry career with Yellowfin Yachts, helping design and build its line of high-performance center consoles. He later founded Florida-based Barker Boatworks and launched several successful bay, center console and high-performance catamaran models.
“Kevin brings a wealth of manufacturing knowledge and real-world experience,” NSI president and CEO Robert Bolline said in a statement. “We look forward to this new level of diversification and offerings for our company.”
NSI manufactures and distributes stainless steel, aluminum and polymer products for the boating industry, as well as military clients.
