The National Marine Electronics Association will hold its Marine Electronics Conference and Expo in Anaheim, Calif., Oct. 3-7, with the exposition portion Oct. 4-5.

The event is scheduled to take place at the Sheraton Anaheim Park Hotel, the NMEA said in a statement.

“Many electronics manufacturers have not yet brought back the in-person trainings they offered to their dealer network prepandemic,” NMEA president and executive director Mark Reedenauer said. “Our event will feature manufacturers once again doing in-person technical training, and in some cases, this is the only venue and location that in-person training will be done this year. We invite the entire industry to take advantage of this unique one-stop-shop training and networking event.”

Manufacturer training will take place on the afternoon of Oct. 3. On Oct. 4, manufacturer and NMEA training is followed by the opening of the expo hall, with a reception at the end of the day. The schedule is similar on Oct. 5, and Oct. 6 is an all-training day with a Product of Excellence Awards banquet in the evening. The conference concludes with additional training Oct. 7.

Full-day installer training courses also will be offered, NMEA said.
