COURTESY NMMAThe National Marine Manufacturers Association announced yesterday that Chase Warden has been hired as chief financial officer. Warden will take over the position at the end of February, when CFO Craig Boskey retires after 20 years with the organization.
“We are thrilled to welcome Chase and his exemplary leadership in the nonprofit sector to the NMMA team, as he brings deep experience that will benefit our go-forward strategy, particularly as we continue to elevate NMMA’s advocacy and presence in Washington, D.C., on behalf of the industry,” president and CEO Frank Hugelmeyer said in a statement. “We thank Craig Boskey for his years of distinguished service and congratulate him on his retirement.”
Warden comes to the NMMA from the Land Trust Alliance, where he served as chief operating and financial officer for the organization, which focuses on public policy, standards, education and training for land trusts and outdoor conservation.
In 2023, Warden was recognized as a CFO Rising Star in the Nonprofit CFO of the Year Awards.
