NMMA said in a statement that Hoyt, who most recently served as senior director of federal government relations, will support the group’s broad government affairs portfolio, including leading day-to-day coordination for its Washington, D.C., office, alignment with industry partners and coalitions, and strategic collaboration with NMMA’s federal lobbying and advocacy firm, Forbes Tate.
Hoyt reports to NMMA president Frank Hugelmeyer and is partnering with longtime members of the advocacy and communications team, including John McKnight, senior vice president of environmental health and safety, and David Dickerson, vice president of state government relations.
