Nominations are being sought by Commerce Secretary Penny Pritzker to fill vacancies on the Marine Fisheries Advisory Committee, beginning this fall.
The National Marine Manufacturers Association is encouraging members of the marine industry to apply for vacancies on the only federal advisory committee responsible for advising Pritzker on matters concerning living marine resources.
The committee makes recommendations to Pritzker to assist in the development and implementation of departmental regulations, policies and programs critical to the mission and goals of the National Marine Fisheries Service.
