The deadline for nominations for the National Marine Manufacturers Association Hall of Fame is today. The honoree will be recognized at the Industry Breakfast at the International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition and Conference in Tampa, Fla., Oct. 1.

In a statement, the NMMA said that nominees must exemplify the following criteria:

  • Have made a substantial and lasting impact on the industry or a particular industry segment
  • Are known in the industry and are beyond personal or professional reproach
  • A past (deceased/retired) or current member and supporter of NMMA
  • Actively involved in the marine industry for a minimum of 10 years
